Big shout out to CICI showing exemplaryCustomer Service, we were coming from Southlake Tahoe not knowing they closed at 3:00 She waited for us and was courteous and kind and wonderful to deal with, she's a perfect person to sit in the front and make a first impression of this business.
I had a consultation with Jessica today! She was so extremely sweet and knowledgeable. I was very nervous about getting Botox and the whole process and had a lot of questions that she thoroughly answered and made me feel so much more comfortable about it all! I'm excited to book my next appointment with her!
My treatment with Jocelyn was amazing! She listened to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan that I felt comfortable with. After procrastinating and finally deciding l reached out thinking they would t have my plan on file but they did! I booked my appointment with Jocelyn and got pre appointment info. Went for Botox. I got my elevens and forehead injected as well as a brow lift and lip flip with Botox. Starla was my rn and she was so sweet and approachable and made sure to answer all my questions! I like how she gave me different approaches to achieve the look I wanted. I'll see results in about two weeks but in the meantime I'm feeling confident.
Love this place and so happy to have found it so close to home. Bella is amazing! And the front staff is too!

When my boyfriend passed away, my life was in a state of both denial and shock. I'm not sure how long it will take for me to recover (if ever), from the sadness I am going through. Today was my first time getting Botox with this company and this location... Let me tell you when I say I will NEVER go anywhere else... From the time I entered the building I was acknowledged... I had the pleasure of meeting with Jessica who is the RN that did my procedure... She is AMAZING and very personable... She answered all my questions and was not pushy at all... I have been to Destination Aesthetics a couple of times now. I have struggled with cystic hormonal acne. It has been an on and off battle dealing with cystic acne flare ups. So far I have done a hydra facial and vitalize chemical peel. Bella has been great in making sure I feel comfortable with each appointment.
