Outstanding realtor!! She was very proactive and represented us (as the buyer) to the listing agent. She made the 2 hour drive from her office on multiple occasions to the home that we purchased to make face-to-face coordination with the listing agent and the home inspector. Dawn is 100% the right choice if you’re looking for a realtor. She is a straight shooter and will tell you how it is. She’s knowledgeable about her market and knows how to make things happen.
