The fastest urgent care I have ever been to. I was taken back within 5 minutes of completing my paperwork. I was there for maybe a total of 40 minutes (I usually wait at least 40 minutes for all the urgent cares I’ve been to before). Everyone was SO kind and ACTUALLY listened. I really appreciate everyone here:)
Staff is super friendly. I was introduced by a new trainee and he has the sweetest demeanor. Sometimes I go into a clinic and feel judged, and I didn’t feel that. I was allowed to be open with my medical history without shame. I booked an appointment at 8:56 in the morning And was seen by 9 AM. Will definitely be coming back
I visited this urgent care when I wasn’t feeling well, and the entire experience was excellent. The clinic was very clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful from start to finish. The medical team was professional and knowledgeable, making me feel confident in their care. I was extremely happy with my visit and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent care.
Took my husband in for dehydration and they got him fluids and took bloods work. Dr was great and the medical assistants were great also. Was able to be seen quickly and making an appointment was easy and able to do all the paperwork online. Wish they had a lab at least to read CBC results right away and it will take two days to get those results. But other then that they are great place.
Edit: I had to update my review due to shenanigans. I was told after my son being seen, that the following morning by 9am, an orthopedic doctor would call to schedule an appt to get a cast put on. The next morning at about 9am, a staff member from Destiny called and asked if any doctor called. After I told them know, they told me they sent the referral to all children's hospitals. This doesn't make sense. I asked if they would continue coordinating with an orthopedic doctor, they said no, just call a "children's hospital". N... read more
