I hesitated to leave this review because I truly respect the time, effort, and dedication that goes into running a small business. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, I left this experience feeling disappointed and emotionally overwhelmed. I paid over $500 for decor that I ultimately wasn’t able to use or enjoy. It was a pleasure to work with Ms. Wade. She was a great help in setting up the design and decorations for my dad's 80th birthday party. She was quick to respond to questions and flexible with design and set up. I would definitely use her company again especially since pricing was affordable and all employees were friendly and professional .
As a minority female in the local business area, I was impressed with the portfolio and background story. Called and left a voicemail message inquiring about service, also filled out an online form; received 3 automated acknowledgements that I would be contacted "soon," but several days passed and I never heard back. Not sure how others "got through," maybe these are friends or friends of friends. You never know where someone's business can take you. Responsiveness is key!
