Jackie communicated when she was on her way. When she arrived, she asked me about what was going on and from that information she was able to pinpoint the problem without hesitation. Jackie was very helpful by explaining what she was looking for, what she did, and what we need to watch for for now on. She didn't talk over my head with terms I wouldn't understand. I thank you for that because a lot people talk to customers using terms that goes along with their profession expecting us common people to understand.
