Had a great installation experience for my new Lennox heating and AC components with team members Justin and Travis. They were courteous, skilled, friendly, and careful of my property. They tolerated my inquisitiveness with grace and were happy to share each step of the installation, system checks, and operational adjustments. Just Justin Nichols come to check out my HVAC unit that was turning off on it own. He checked every issue throughly until he found the actual issue, all while educating me on the HVAC unit. Great Worker, and even Greater guy.
Cody was great w/the initial service call and communicating back and forth to figure out a solution for our failing duct system underneath the slab that our house sits on. Travis and Justin were exceptional w/installation of our new furnace, A/C, and all new ductwork in the attic. I was also very appreciative of the kindness they showed toward my elderly mother that lives with us throughout the 3day process.
Travis and Justin did a fantastic job, Elijah was very responsive and the entire crew from assessment to installation was professional. Great experience.
