We could not be happier with this storage facility. Excellent facility and staff, and a completely hassle-free experience. The unit is clean, the lock we purchased was in the unit when we arrived, and Austin provided a detailed, comprehensive text including an easy to read map and step by step instructions to access the property and our unit. 5 stars.
