Worst experience with storage I’ve ever had place was a disaster charged me $130 for my 2nd month when is was supposed to be half of that no student discount was applied to my account after being told I qualified for one and now they tried to automatically pull money for a unit I moved out of and and completed the proper paperwork for auto payments to be stopped therefor over drafting my account. Very nice facility. Wish the access hours were 24/7 or at least until midnight. And needs arrows with the unit numbers on where they are located posted. The drive in access is great and carts and elevators for convenience. Highly recommend.
Tasha, at store 9181 in Eau Claire , WI is a terrific employee. She helped us with renting a unit via telephone. Personally checked the unit for us and provided detailed info a week before move in. On actual move in day, she showed us the unit, unloading area, access location and was so helpful and informative. It was a pleasure to work with an employee who cares about the customer!
