Let me just say that the customer service here is top notch! I stopped by here on my way to another storage facility to get pricing to switch from the current unit I am at. Nicki was on site and instantly was determined to get me a better deal than what I am getting now! We have had our stuff stored here since July and they have been so amazing! When I left my keys half way across the state Keshia was able to cut my lock for me quickly! Both Keshia and Nikki were so helpful and pleasant to speak with!
Just a quick note to say what an awesome team we have at the 9152 Store on 725! Both Eli and Nicki bring such great personality and charisma that this store truly needs. They are always welcoming and super helpful!
Move in was fast and smooth!! I looked up the place and paid online for same day move-in. They offer extras like boxes and bubble wrap etc...The staff at the front desk was super nice and helpful!!
