Eli is the best customer service agent I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t say enough good things. I was going through a very hard time with some family matters and he helped me when I wasn’t expecting it at all. I cannot recommend Eli and this storage facility enough!
Such a great experience! The storage space was very clean . It is a very safe storage facility. Very well planned out. Easy to get in and out of. The staff member there Nikki she was amazing, professional, and accommodating 🌺❤️🌺
The location is well kept and the staff is beyond friendly stopped in the other day while checking out a few storage places and the lady there answered about a million questions for me with a smile on her face. Will definitely be using them if I decide to pull the trigger on a unit!
I had an unexpected issue when my key broke off in the lock of my storage unit but thankfully Keisha from the office turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Keisha remained with a smile in her face, calm, professional, and genuinely helpful and was able to solve my problem. Huge thanks again for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this location, especially because of the Keisha who truly make a difference!
