1) I booked a 5'x8' storage unit online. Received a 5'x7' unit. False advertisement!!! 2) The rental office, which is at their Division location, does not remain open during their posted business hours. I visited the office on a Monday and a Thursday at 5:30pm and the office was already locked up both days. 3) Called sight manager and left a message on the Thursday that the office closed prior to the posted time and left a message. Kasi was extremely helpful in my request of a storage unit right next to my other unit. Love having 1st month free rent and Kasi getting all my paperwork done with my verbal approval.
