Amazing customer service! Amazing service and an even more amazing manager. David at the Urbana National Mini Warehouses was the best! He was not only super friendly, he went above and beyond to help me out! I had issues with the lock on my warehouse. I made one call and sorted everything out! I’ve used many storage facilities and this has been my beat experience because of how helpful David was!
Nothing to complain about I was provided with the expected service without any problem, and they proactively communicated with me to make sure everything went smooth.

Will always use national mini warehouse This is a great storage place. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable on the units.I was never pressured into a unit that wouldn't suit my needs.
Lovely customer service and awesome prices I really enjoyed my visit, it took a little longer due to my needs but I overall loved the customer service, the cleanliness and to top it off the awesome price and convenience.
Lovely Customer Service David was the manager at this location and his customer service was amazing! Very friendly and the storage units are nice looking and clean.
