The manager was excellent. He escorted me to the storage and cleaned it out for me. I had another storage on Zebulon Road and the only thing she talked about was the bill. She didn’t tell me where the storage was located and it was dirty on the inside.

At first I really like this storage facility. But it has gone completely downhill. Including no carts to use unclean bathrooms. And the biggest thing of all when the AC unit started leaking causing three of our storage units to be flooded. And was told they could not do anything that we would have to wait until they fix it to solve the problem. Unprofessional and very disappointing. Not to mention because we had a issue on the matter.
