Friendly, efficient customer service We had a wonderful check-in experience, straight-forward, no hassles. Both people in the office were very pleasant, and the person who helped us was enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with. We were in and out in about 15 minutes! Our phone experience while making the reservation was also very positive!
Clean, secure, convenient No hassle move in. Some issue with an insurance charge add on which was quickly resolved by the accommodating manager.

Great facility and personnel. Reserved unit late in the day, arrived the next morning and was easy to set up a rental. Clarissa and Heather were pleasant and efficient and the facility seems to be top-notch, clean and secure. Best storage facility I have encountered.
