Store#6505- I called and spoke with Kimbrell. I am relocating to Gainesville, FL and needed to set up storage because the apartment I will be renting is too small for everything I own. Kimbrell provided me with all the information I needed and was EXTREMELY kind, sweet, and left a smile on my face knowing I would be in good hands. Now, I can finally relax and not stress out about the size of unit I will need for all of the things I cannot fit in my apartment.
The staff here are excellent. The online form was easy to fill out, I got approved in minutes, and had my lock and unit within an hour. I only need the unit for a month or two while we move, but I will definitely be using their site again if I need to! Thank you for reducing our stress and making this a smoother transition Brian and Kimberly!
Awesome customer service. Brian and Matt were extremely helpful on a request for a unit on very short notice. They also facilitated a great price for the unit. Will definitely use these guys again.
