Therron was very personable, helpful, and charming. I was so happy to meet him and acquire a climate controlled unit with his assistance!
I definitely don’t recommend using this place. They were bought out and they jacked the prices way up. I was paying extra for climate control and it was so hot inside it definitely wasn’t climate control. I found a storage place more than half the price and very nice and clean and the staff are so nice and it’s actually climate control it’s so cold inside. Definitely do your research!
I came into life storage and had just finished getting a few items from my storage unit and needed to wait inside the office for my ride since it was pretty hot outside. Mr. Thërron Kelly was nice enough to allow my brother and I to sit inside and asked if we needed and water or the key for the bathroom. Good customer service goes a long way
I reserved this unit from NY a month prior to renting. Very cordial and informative on the phone. The unit and facility was clean and secure. Unit was as advertised. Staff was extremely helpful. Pricing was fair and upfront. Super customer service. Very satisfied overall.
Therron is amazing. He help me find the perfect storage unit for my things and he has great customer service skills. The property is very clean and convenient. I would definitely recommend friends and family.
