Devon Self Storage bought out Life Storage, who I had previously been using for over 2 years with excellent service. Kenya and Rick were both wonderful managers. I would have a very different review now for Devon, had it not been for the wonderful Lucia who helped me today and put my mind at ease. During the switchover, I was mistakenly sent two emails warning me of late notices and then a late fee, even though I am an auto-pay customer.
