The manager , Melina, called us to make us aware of an overhead air conditioner leak / drippage in our unit . She and an assistant, Kaleb, were extremely helpful in moving all furniture and items into a nearby dry unit , and put in a work order to have the unit checked out . We filed a claim for several damaged items and hope to have it resolved soon .
