Jaylen was super helpful, I explained what I needed. I have a child with special needs and equipment I needed to store plus my classroom boxes and she knew exactly what I needed. All of this was done with a smile and she made me feel like she loves this job. I am a Social Emotional Support teacher so observing behavior and data is my thing. There was also a gentleman there whom was also kind and knowledgeable.
Rumesh was a wonderful sales associate, and Julissa at the Gtand Parkway Location was so sweet and helpful . I highly recommend them!
For the past three years I have entrusted my valuable possessions to this well-managed and clean, safe property. The staff is professional and caters to the needs of their clients. I highly recommend this convenient Katy location. Ramesh walked through the unit with me upon my notice to vacate. He was a gentleman and very knowledgeable and thorough.
Anthony was great he checked see if they were any promotions available. There was and he helped me save money on the storage units
Anthony at the Devon storage on Franz Rd was very helpful in helping me quickly find a larger storage space at the same property. The transfer process was smooth and quick. Thank you for all your help!
