The manager Tim was super friendly. He took me step by step through the process and my options. He explained everything clearly and was patient with questions and eager to make sure I was satisfied and understood. You can tell he truly loves his job. His energy was authentic and not robotic. He was funny and made me feel comfortable about my decision to rent.

Needed to rent a space last minute and the employees were more than helpful and happy to accommodate. There was some miscommunication pertaining our space (at no ones fault) and again the employees were extremely helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this business as well as their ‘sister’ businesses!
The manager is super helpful and you can tell he is genuinely happy to help you. He is also very knowledgeable about the units and the whole layout of the property. I highly recommend using these guys if you need storage space in Greensboro!
2 stars because the staff are very easy to deal with. They gave an introductory rate which we knew would rise a little at some point but they nearly doubled the rate right at Christmas. Evil company. I'll forever tell people to avoid them.
