Stacey has been a God Send! She has went above and beyond from Day1! Stacey worked with me even after hours to ensure I had access to my unit. The manager Tim was super friendly. He took me step by step through the process and my options. He explained everything clearly and was patient with questions and eager to make sure I was satisfied and understood. You can tell he truly loves his job. His energy was authentic and not robotic. He was funny and made me feel comfortable about my decision to rent.
Mrs. Stacy was so much help for me. I had inquired about rates for my employer to get prices for the different units and she was very patient and was very detailed with each unit. Thanks Stacy.
I spoke with A stacy over the phone earlier today and one thing I’ve noticed today’s world is lacking is good customer service and hospitality. Stacy answered all my questions and helped me determine the best size unit , it felt like I was talking to my mother or Ant thank you Ms.Stacy your attitude is appreciated and I’m sure your work doesn’t go unnoticed!
Needed to rent a space last minute and the employees were more than helpful and happy to accommodate. There was some miscommunication pertaining our space (at no ones fault) and again the employees were extremely helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this business as well as their ‘sister’ businesses!
