Ivan and Chino and awesome! Very friendly and made me feel super comfortable! Ivan helped me through the initial process and I couldnt be happier with his friendly attitude and personality hes the man! Customer service here is 10/10 I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else and the building is very safe and everything is so clean.

I am highly upset about the additional charge of insurance monthly! I was not asked for it on move in and was told it was only going to be $25 a month and am charged over $40 a month! I emailed a copy of my insurance that I’ve already had, as they instructed last month, and told me they could not refund the difference but would remove it for this month. Well, it is on my bill again! Not happy at all!! I’ve called and emailed and still no resolution! So beware of their hidden policy!!
Annie made it such an ease for the company I work for to secure a storage unit! It was also quick too. I came here late Thursday evening and by Friday afternoon we had a storage unit which will make our lives so much easier. She was so knowledgeable and allowed us to look at different units to make sure we had the right size. She was amazing!
I had a great experience at Devon storage even from my first phone call. Ivan was super nice. He explained everything to me and took his time going through it all. My daughter is a college student at LSU. I will definitely be using them again.
