I tried doing it over the phone with the answering service and they put me for 2 unit witch I didn't need ... So your amazing sweet respectable worker Stacy Pena helped me and got it all fixed and straightened out...she answered all my questions I have and she got me the unit I needed and even put my lock in the unit for me till I could get there... Stacey was amazing! I wasn’t able to show up until closing time to pick up my key for my new unit and Stacey was willing to wait until I got here to meet me. Not only did she wait for me, but she was willing to help me with a few larger items that I needed to trash and couldn’t do on my own. We’ve been using Devon storage since January of last year and just rented a second unit. Highly recommend!
So today I stop by Devon self storage, to get some information about a possible unit rental. The ladies in the office were very helpful and knowledgeable. If I do decide to purchase a unit, it will definitely be with them @ Devon self storage. Thanks ladies!!!!
Stacy Pena is the best when it comes to customer service . She has went above and beyond to help me always . She has a great spirit and always has the best intentions with everyone . When she goes to another place I’m leaving with her !
