When I went into my storage facility to sign up for another storage unit, a new manager greeted me. The previous manager was a helpful person, but the new manager - Stacy - is excellent plus. She helps solve problems by offering options (unit sizes, prices, move in date, etc.) until I find one that works for my situation. I felt like she genuinely cares and wants customers to have a positive experience.
I had the awesome experience of working with Ms. Becky. I remember her when it was Life Storage and she always went the extra mile to assist me. I’m looking forward to having an awesome exporter once again. She is kind and very pleasant. So willing to answer all questions I had. Thank you and. Becky!!!
I cannot say enough kind things about Connie Stultz, the general manager at the Devon Self Storage on Stage Coach Trail in Greensboro, NC! We were recently in a position to move from our current large unit down to a smaller one — for cost-saving purposes — and Connie was incredibly helpful, understanding, and professional during all our interactions. When we officially met I felt like we had a new friend! She is personable and honest — two engaging qualities you want in a manager! Definitely Five Stars!!
While a new staff has taken over the building, they appear to be helpful, adaptive and understanding.
