I came in to quick view a unit, and first I would like to say this is a fantastic setup. A very fragrant smell and delightfully atmosphere. Terek was not only helpful but enjoyable; though he stated he was new to the company seems knowledgeable and prepared. Stacy was charismatic and very sweet. While I won't be able to be a rental here due to outside circumstances, I still have to say very impressive place with very impressive people.
I had a great experience today while paying for my unit. I was greeted by the new manager, Stacey. She was full of smiles, kind, and sweet. I really hope she can stay at this location!!
When I went into my storage facility to sign up for another storage unit, a new manager greeted me. The previous manager was a helpful person, but the new manager - Stacy - is excellent plus. She helps solve problems by offering options (unit sizes, prices, move in date, etc.) until I find one that works for my situation. I felt like she genuinely cares and wants customers to have a positive experience.
While a new staff has taken over the building, they appear to be helpful, adaptive and understanding.
Stacy made everything a pure joy - she is personable and was so willing to help my sister and I with every task. We are very pleased and blessed to have Dovon Storage and their staff's responsiveness and dedication to our storage needs.
