I cannot recommend this Devon Self Storage location based on my experience. I was a CubeSmart customer whose account was transferred to Devon Self Storage without any notice that I ever received. My payment due date was changed without my knowledge, my monthly charges became inconsistent, and despite numerous phone calls, emails, and multiple attempts to resolve the issue in person, my account remains inaccurate. I was a customer at the Hoagland Road location in Florida under the previous ownership, and the difference since Devon Storage took over is nothing short of life changing. I’ve been using this storage facility since the previous management, and I never had any issues before. Since Devon took over, it has been a complete nightmare. For the past two months, I have been trying to make a payment, and it’s practically impossible. I’ve called multiple times, and on one occasion more than 10 times in a single day, and no one ever answers. The system always says no one is available. I had a Great Experience! I came in at 12:47, to get me a storage unit, and it was seamless. I understood everything I was being told, he got me a storage unit at a very good price, and even a lock! He even told me about the Damp Rid! His name is Luis he was great, if you can please give him a raise, more hours and even more money! He’s lovely! Thank you for all your help!!!!!!
