My experience at Devon Storage has been incredibly pleasant, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the service. Initially, my husband and I were unable to locate our unit. Fortunately, a friendly lady on a golf cart approached us and offered her assistance. She was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process of unlocking and retrieving our unit. I highly recommend Devon Storage for anyone seeking reliable and efficient storage solutions.
This place does not even deserve a single star! It will not let me give no stars!!!! The manager is never there, REFUSES to call you back and customer service doesn’t exist! It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your account!!!! I literally never entered a contract with these morons. They bought a Cubesmart facility and turned it into a cess pool. I have literally spent over a week trying to contact a live person to cancel my account and only when threatened with litigation would they even escalate it to upper management. Great service, patient, understanding and accommodating. They recently took over from the previous company that I was renting from and there was some confusion and they went above and beyond to correct it and their customer service was top notch! Thank you!
I had a Great Experience! I came in at 12:47, to get me a storage unit, and it was seamless. I understood everything I was being told, he got me a storage unit at a very good price, and even a lock! He even told me about the Damp Rid! His name is Luis he was great, if you can please give him a raise, more hours and even more money! He’s lovely! Thank you for all your help!!!!!!
Luis was helpful to me so I could move to a smaller unit. CubeSmart raises charges for their long time clients too much. It is very difficult for us. But he helps as much as he can.
