I’ve been using this storage facility since the previous management, and I never had any issues before. Since Devon took over, it has been a complete nightmare. For the past two months, I have been trying to make a payment, and it’s practically impossible. I’ve called multiple times, and on one occasion more than 10 times in a single day, and no one ever answers. The system always says no one is available. My experience at Devon Storage has been incredibly pleasant, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the service. Initially, my husband and I were unable to locate our unit. Fortunately, a friendly lady on a golf cart approached us and offered her assistance. She was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process of unlocking and retrieving our unit. I highly recommend Devon Storage for anyone seeking reliable and efficient storage solutions.
This place does not even deserve a single star! It will not let me give no stars!!!! The manager is never there, REFUSES to call you back and customer service doesn’t exist! It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your account!!!! I literally never entered a contract with these morons. They bought a Cubesmart facility and turned it into a cess pool. I had a Great Experience! I came in at 12:47, to get me a storage unit, and it was seamless. I understood everything I was being told, he got me a storage unit at a very good price, and even a lock! He even told me about the Damp Rid! His name is Luis he was great, if you can please give him a raise, more hours and even more money! He’s lovely! Thank you for all your help!!!!!!
