I broke my key in the lock over the weekend and their lock cutting abilities were down, so they locked my last load in the storage next to mine. Then on Monday they cut my lock for me and put a temp lock on it until I could get there to switch everything out. Great service and great team. Thanks for all of your help.

I had an unexpected issue when my key broke off in the lock of my storage unit but thankfully Keisha from the office turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Keisha remained with a smile in her face, calm, professional, and genuinely helpful and was able to solve my problem. Huge thanks again for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this location, especially because of the Keisha who truly make a difference!

Such a great experience! The storage space was very clean . It is a very safe storage facility. Very well planned out. Easy to get in and out of. The staff member there Nikki she was amazing, professional, and accommodating 🌺❤️🌺

Eli is the best customer service agent I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t say enough good things. I was going through a very hard time with some family matters and he helped me when I wasn’t expecting it at all. I cannot recommend Eli and this storage facility enough!

The location is well kept and the staff is beyond friendly stopped in the other day while checking out a few storage places and the lady there answered about a million questions for me with a smile on her face. Will definitely be using them if I decide to pull the trigger on a unit!
