workers are super nice, but ever since they upped their prices it is not worth it, You pay an arm and a leg for a tiny storage unit and when you go to pay for cash for your unit or want to talk to anybody that works there for any reason you can’t because half the time nobody’s ever there and they’re closed all day. why have the hours that says you’re open at 9:30/7:00 when nobody’s even there to help you. absolutely ridiculous

Great customer service. Anytime I had a question it was answered quickly. Units are on one floor - makes it easy to load and unload.

Beth delivered outstanding customer service. She thoroughly explained the differences among the various unit types and gave us a detailed tour of our chosen unit to assess its condition. Once we made our decision, she guided us through the lease, clarifying every detail. She also discussed the complex’s security features and even tested our gate code. Having visited several storage facilities over the years, we can confidently say that this was the best customer service experience we’ve ever had.
