Ive had a unit for about a year with Devon storage in rowlett. Im happy, happy enough i now rent a second unit. Great prices and great office people. Highly recommend and definitely see Trey. Hes a very friendly and good guy. And i dont normally give reviews at all unless im very happy with the company
Let me tell you about my experience with Devon storage . One,the units have no electricity,no lights. The units are older. Access hours are only until 9pm. So I work 6 days a week,a lot of the time 7 days a week. Rarely do I get off before I or none. So I rent a unit to have my stuff closer to home,I call my old storage which closes at 10pm and with one phone call I was able to get 24 hr access for the next month,took 5 min. Highly recommend Devon storage those guys will walk you through every little detail rather at your first time or your contractor like me that rents a storage three or four times a year very easy to do online and if you do it online, you get a hell of a discount And those guys definitely take personal care of you. Trey Vandergriff is the general manager at the Rawlette location very friendly and totally helpful. Thanks for everything guys. Holly suggest getting a storage here.
Quick and easy process. First unit assigned would not work for me but Trey was quick to accommodate me with a different unit on the spot. Highly recommend checking this place out if you need a place to store anything.
