Bought my first home, entire outside was repainted in May 2023, house tented for termites and other insects for good messure in June), moved in by July 2023, Dewey salesman gave pitch within same month moved in, decided to try out general property bug extermination/prevention plan for $75/month every other month for a year (*catch = if I cancel in the first year then every inspection costs $200). These guys were amazing. From the beginning with Sandra the coordinator, and the visit from Technician Jorge. They really know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

I would have liked more communication on when the technician would arrive. We received a two hour window for the appointment, he arrive about 40 minutes late and completed the treatment pretty quick. We had to be out of house for two hours, but almost 3 hours later there were still standing puddles along base boards/on the floor. We were told this is normal and it could be wiped up.
