I had the pleasure of speaking with Sandra over the phone regarding pest control services, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire conversation. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. 12/18/24 Update: Our latest “service” the technician arrived to our home and spent 15 minutes sitting in his truck texting. When he did decide to get out of his truck and “service” our home, he spent 10 minutes here de-webbing and spraying. So to sum it up this most recent joke of a service, our technician spent more time in his truck parked in front of our home texting than he did working. Classy Dewey…very classy. Bought my first home, entire outside was repainted in May 2023, house tented for termites and other insects for good messure in June), moved in by July 2023, Dewey salesman gave pitch within same month moved in, decided to try out general property bug extermination/prevention plan for $75/month every other month for a year (*catch = if I cancel in the first year then every inspection costs $200). I would have liked more communication on when the technician would arrive. We received a two hour window for the appointment, he arrive about 40 minutes late and completed the treatment pretty quick. We had to be out of house for two hours, but almost 3 hours later there were still standing puddles along base boards/on the floor. We were told this is normal and it could be wiped up. Since we have dogs it was necessary, and that part of the clean up took about 90 minutes. This has not been similar to other treatments from dif... read more
