The service technician, Esidro, was professional and courteous. However, when he Returned the next day to finish up some work he forgot to check some things and had stated he would come back, but never returned. I will be calling the office next week to find out what happened

Bought my first home, entire outside was repainted in May 2023, house tented for termites and other insects for good messure in June), moved in by July 2023, Dewey salesman gave pitch within same month moved in, decided to try out general property bug extermination/prevention plan for $75/month every other month for a year (*catch = if I cancel in the first year then every inspection costs $200). Gabrial is a very nice young man. He communicates well and is always on time. He does a great job and asks me if there’s any thing that’s a problem as far as pests and tackles the problem. Great service!

I would have liked more communication on when the technician would arrive. We received a two hour window for the appointment, he arrive about 40 minutes late and completed the treatment pretty quick. We had to be out of house for two hours, but almost 3 hours later there were still standing puddles along base boards/on the floor. We were told this is normal and it could be wiped up. Since we have dogs it was necessary, and that part of the clean up took about 90 minutes. This has not been similar to other treatments from dif... read more
