I've had their service for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. Not only are they effective but the technician for my area is amazing! Noel is super friendly, personable and keeps an eye out in our neighborhood. He even locks my gate when he leave because he knows there's been sketchy people roaming lately. I stick with Dewey because they have a wonderful tech named Noel!
My poor mom has rats in her shed. She called on Wednesday and was told someone would be here between 9 and 12 on Thursday. He was at her door at 9:05. Juan was incredibly kind and helpful. He set up traps and assured her he would be back frequently to check on them. Gave my mom peace of mind! Awesome.

Horrible service. They don't show up on time, don't follow through with calling back, and keep poor records. Don't get stuck with a contract here. I deeply regret it. The mice service includes a technician showing up and handing you glue traps.
Called to ask about a rat problem , I was told I would need to set up an appointment for an estimate, I set up appointment for next day between 10 and 12, received call evening before confirming time, waited for 3 hrs no one came, I called office and was told they would call me back , no call back! Would never use this company terrible customer service!
