We recently bought a house from Dey King and Haria and everyone we dealt with from the Rickmansworth office were fantastic. They were always polite, quick to respond and kept us informed throughout the whole process. A special thank you to Sophie Banks whose hard work ensured that we exchanged and completed before our Christmas deadline! She certainly went the extra mile and we are incredibly grateful for her hard work, diligence and positive attitude. We would certainly recommend them.
Grace was a pleasure to deal with during my house search - friendly, proactive and responsive. Definitely the exception among most of the estate agents I’ve dealt with, she went out of her way to find suitable homes and show me round. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
I spoke to many agents on my search for the perfect home. I have to say that none came close to the service levels I received from DKH in Rickmansworth. Absolutely fantastic Estate Agents - would highly recommend them to anyone moving home! All the staff were so friendly and efficient. Every query was answered and if they did not have the answer they investigated and phoned us back straight away. Unlike other Estate Agents who once they make the sale are not as helpful and are always unavailable or do not call back - Dey King and Haria are with you all through the sale until completion assuring you all the way and are genuinely happy for you once you collect the keys and mov... read more
Ben and his team were extremely helpful in selling a probate property. They helped us to organise a cleaning company, arrange minor repairs and find a trusted company to fix a significant issue that came up on the survey. They were proactive, found us a buyer quickly and were supportive throughout the whole process. It could have been a tricky sale for us as we weren’t local to the property but they managed everything efficiently. Highly recommend!
