Before you sign a lease request a BRAND NEW HVAC in the roof and signed PLUMBING addendum stating any foul smell from the bathrooms will be landlords responsibility. Grossly mismanaged no surprise it's becoming a ghost town .Extremely high turnover ie poor retention. Everyone's seems to be moving out some before lease expires. Much cheaper and efficient to actually rent an executive office across the street for 600.00 and get a storage unit on Mayfield road or Trinity Boulevard.for 200.00 monthly. I stopped in to visit the employment agencies. I was surprised to see there are a few right close to each other. They are on the northeast corner of Carrier Parkway right next to Hwy 360 with plenty of parking, very convenient. I'm glad I spotted the agencies from across the street. It gave me additional opportunities to discover.
This business part is very large with lots of buildings. Received help from the main office to locate a business. Very friendly person. Here's a tip. I noticed the first 2 digits of the suite number is the building number. Look for the large black numbers on the side of the different buildings. The company you're looking for should be in that building .
