Good APR, very upset that you did 4 hard hits on my credit score which dropped my credit score 30 points after having over an 800 credit score. 30 points with one and 27 with another. After I asked you to only do 1 you took it upon yourself to hit a total of 4 times. You need to do what the customer tells you. Then when asked about it you lied. As a lending agent I get told that you don't know why it dropped so much.
