Hello D&G, After three treatments, the spotted spurge in my lawn is still spreading with no noticeable improvement. This shows that either the wrong herbicide was used or the applications were not done correctly. A professional service should know that spurge requires a 3-way broadleaf herbicide (or specialty products like SpeedZone or Dismiss), applied properly with a surfactant. I used D&G Nature's Way Lawn Care last year and had a very frustrating experience with their billing and service management. Their billing process was extremely disorganized, and they repeatedly billed me for services while continuing to show up even after I called multiple times asking them to stop. Alex from D&G Lawn Care was extremely pleasant, professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and punctual. She did a great job! Hopefully she’s a miracle worker as well, because my lawn is currently in extreme disarray. I hope she will continue to care for my lawn. Continuity of care is very important.

I told him about area of my lawn that I wasn't happy with. He immediately called his manager to get approval to treat it. I'm hopeful this does the trick. If this doesn't work, I'll be searching for different alternatives.
