I made a purchase from this company and never received it. However, it has been a horrific customer service experience trying to get them to refund my money. I reached out to them 5 days ago and explained that I spoke to a UPS supervisor who explained that the shipper should know they simply need to file a claim to be reimbursed by UPS. You would think they’d be aware of this and graciously do so. No, they’re response was, “ we shipped it to the correct address.
