Poor treatment from doctors 2 times within 6 months I had contacted the office and was told the situations were emergency and the on call Dr would be in touch shortly.the entire night went by without a call.also Dr Jalil saw my wife for the second time and said she was going away for a few months but if my wife didn't like it she should find another doctor. Friendly caring and knowledgeable support staff. I adore my Doctor Anna Frietag. She's top in her field. She discovered a very rare condition that needed surgery. She was extremely thorough in her lab result testing. She would explain my results at each visit. She took her time and answered all of my questions so I could understand them. She's still managing my endocrine needs and I'm pleased about that.
The doctor and staff were all great and very knowledgeable. Dr Freitag went through my history to really try to understand my needs and what was going on. Most doctors just focus on the immediate problem without looking at the whole picture.
Dr. Jalil is wonderful and truly cares. She takes the time to answer all of my questions thoughtfully and extensively. The office staff are always quick and polite and I am seen quickly/on time for my appointments.
Dr. Jahlil is amazing. She listens to you which I believe is EXTREMELY important when establishing a relationship with your patients. She will go over a list and tell you the side effects and risks before prescribing medications. I found a Dr. that actually cares
