I waited on the phone for over 10 minutes, making my way up the queue, only to be told to leave a message when I finally got to spot number one. Thanks for wasting my time! Between this experience and the reviews I have been reading, I will not be using your unprofessional services!

Today 7/6/22 I came in for my appointment and was told the machine is not working and I have to reschedule. This was so upsetting to me since I made changes to my flight back to Los Angeles to accommodate this appointment. The manager just walked by and left. He spoke in Spanish so I could not understand what he was saying and did not know he was the manager. They have 3 other facilities and NONE could do my diagnostic test today. I had to come here at recommendation of my Workers Comp. I have had a decent amount of MRIs done and this by far was the worst experience I have had. First of the offices are separate so you have to get the imaging done in one and walk to the other office to get your CD. Additionally the day of my appointment I waited almost 2 hours to be seen. Front desk girl was nice but the ultrasound lady does not even say hello. She’s very robotic like a machine and just gives you instructions and that’s it. She doesn’t even say hello or goodbye. Very unprofessional. Place feels very empty and cold. Hopefully this feedback can help their management team train their staff on being cordial so that people recommend them and come back again.

I had an appointment for an ultra-sound at 8 am but the office didn't open until 830!! The staff didn't acknowledge you were sitting and waiting for them to open. What bother me the most my doctor did not get the results immediately or like the secretary said "in 2 or 3 days". TEN DAYS LATER, I had to call the Diagnostic office to asking them where are my results. Miraculously, they can send the results in 10 minutes. I have two words for this kind of service "HOT GARBAGE".
