For the most part it was a very efficient and professional process. They responded quickly to our inquires, which were few. The lawyer we met with to sign the paperwork got us in her calendar as soon as possible and it was done very quickly and efficiently. She was very friendly and made it easy for us. We had a sale with very little lead time and we were concerned that the deal would not go through in time. The people that were assigned to our file acted quickly and professionally and helped us navigate through the client portal. The portal allowed us to follow every step of the process and all my emails were answered almost immediately.
