I'm not sure about the names of all the assistants at Diamond & Diamond but Basil Bansal (partner) delivered just as he said he would. The staff I had dealings with were all polite, respectful, and willing to find the answers I needed to questions that would arise. I was happy with the service provided and would recommend. 5 Stars
