They were on top of things in the beginning & then communication started to decline. However, I know these situations are subjective & case by case. Overall, the people I’ve dealt with have been great and finalizing the settlement has been a super quick process. I recommend!

You have to keep asking them to do the job they were paid to, they ask for the same documents you already sent them 5x and don't even answer unless you repeatedly text them.
