Joel and his team are honestly amazing. They helped us install our floor in our new house. We loved our result and asked if he would help change out our carpet as well. Joel had a beautiful show room with more than enough to choose from. Joel is very professional and I recommend diamond flooring to anyone who needs to change their floors.
Poor job on the shoe molding, they put large amount of caulking to cover the nail punches instead of paint which looks okay at the time of install. But eventually that caulking spots turned dark/black leaving the shoe molding really ugly. Understanding that there's extra cost for each linear foot of shoe molding install, Joel has denied to take care of this. Joel and his team were so wonderful to work with! They did an amazing job on our carpet in a very timely manner. Communication was great. I would recommend him to anyone who had any flooring needs. I have no complaints! :)
Had a great experience working with Diamond. Joel was out to provide an estimate same day and was flexible with scheduling. His installer put in new pad and carpet as well as patching and repairing existing carpet. The work was quick, clean and looks to be of good quality. Will use Diamond again in the future.
A true five stars! Joel and his crew were outstanding! We closed on a home and need the carpet replaced immediately. I gave him and call and he came over 2 hours lady and did measurements and had a quote to us that same night. His crew came out the next day and worked nonstop for 10 hours. They replaced the old carpet and the padding under it and disposed of it as well. The cost was the most reasonable price in the columbus area!
