Joel and his team are honestly amazing. They helped us install our floor in our new house. We loved our result and asked if he would help change out our carpet as well. Joel had a beautiful show room with more than enough to choose from. Joel is very professional and I recommend diamond flooring to anyone who needs to change their floors.
Poor job on the shoe molding, they put large amount of caulking to cover the nail punches instead of paint which looks okay at the time of install. But eventually that caulking spots turned dark/black leaving the shoe molding really ugly. Understanding that there's extra cost for each linear foot of shoe molding install, Joel has denied to take care of this.
