From start to finish, their communication was excellent—Ray kept me updated throughout the entire process, making sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car. The quality of the work was outstanding! It's clear that Ray and his team take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality service!
Can’t say enough great things about this shop or its owner. They did an amazing job on my car, but what really took it over the top was the way Mark handled the cheap non paying insurance adjuster. Mark completed job and I will most definitely recommend mark and his team to anyone.
Mark is amazing! His customer service is amazing! He went the extra mile for us and totally supported us and our daughter's special/sentimental 1994 Lincoln! He was very accommodating while we got a donor car for parts and arranging delivery and pick-up of both cars. He excelled at getting the task done within our budget and offered options to help us decided. He answered our endless questions...some which were repeats 😉 Mark did what other auto body businesses did not want to do. We are so grateful for his help!
