My doctor visit yesterday was surprisingly pleasant. Diana Vandegrift, FNP-C. appeared to me as being a confident professional and at the same time a friendly listener, putting my anxiety over my recent urology test result at ease. I have had an extraordinary and highly-unusual (for me) experience at Dayton Physicians Network (DPN). I came to DPN after an absolutely terrible experience at a different local urology group. A physician there wanted to conduct a highly-invasive procedure, but neither he nor his staff would explain to me, in advance, why it was necessary to do it. Diana Vandegrift was friendly and open about my situation and came up with some good ideas to help me. The staff was very busy yet listened and helped get appointments as needed. I would tell family and friends to use this office.
Diana Vandegrift NP was great at her position. She explained what can be expected with my issue. We in to great detail in simple terms as to the procedures and what the end result would be. I felt very comfortable discussing my situation and I certainly would recommend this office and the NP. Thank you!
