I am grateful that i was matched with Diana by my previous provider. She has been so helpful in her care. She is not like some providers that just throw meds at you. She takes the time to listen and she follows thru with what she says. He assistant Joy has also been very helpful.

The empty star is mostly because of the patient portal and the process in which the company runs. Maybe I personally just don't understand how things work there. Regardless, I've never in so many years, had so many problems each month. I think it would help me if the options in the portal had more suggestions / direction on where best to direct issues. Also, maybe don't overload your psychiatrists so they can spend quality time on their patients. "Communication is key" right.
I love that I can do my appointments virtually. I don't ever get on and have to wait a long time. My psychiatrist Diana Wells is easy to talk to. She's approachable, empathetic and realistic. She cares about my opinions and thoughts on medication. Never had a bad experience.
