The empty star is mostly because of the patient portal and the process in which the company runs. Maybe I personally just don't understand how things work there. Regardless, I've never in so many years, had so many problems each month. I think it would help me if the options in the portal had more suggestions / direction on where best to direct issues. Also, maybe don't overload your psychiatrists so they can spend quality time on their patients. "Communication is key" right.
I love my doctor and therapist. It has been a pleasant experience dealing with LifeStance. Their website is easy to use to send a message and pay your bill. I would recommend LifeStance. Thank you Dr Wells and Ms Jameson. You have helped me learn to deal with my issues since I had to stop working and I appreciate you both.

I love that I can do my appointments virtually. I don't ever get on and have to wait a long time. My psychiatrist Diana Wells is easy to talk to. She's approachable, empathetic and realistic. She cares about my opinions and thoughts on medication. Never had a bad experience.
