I do not recommend this doctor. I brought my daughter in with swelling behind her eye and was extremely concerned, but instead of addressing the urgent issue and just providing the referral, the doctor spent most of the visit asserting herself and lecturing me on the difference between an optometrist and an ophthalmologist. Her tone was condescending, and she lacked any bedside manner during a stressful situation. We ultimately saw a specialist who was excellent, but this experience was disappointing and unhelpful.
They schedule an appointment for my daughter ( 2 years) and when I arrived there. They told me it was a mistake. And for 3 days I was receiving text to confirm my appointment. I called before my appointment to make sure if it's wasn't a mistake but nobody was answering. The day of the visit they told me if I still want to see a doctor if i have any concerns i can see a doctor and ask my questions. I saw doctor DIANNE WILLIAMS . I was her first patient at 8am.
