We had a great experience with Dick Smith Ford. We were able to call, talk to John, and negotiated everything over the phone. Jeff was great with our trade in and loan. He went over all of our options and was able to meet the rate of our credit union! We had a great experience with Dick Smith Ford. Mark Hayward was our salesman and he was great. We were able to handle just about everything over the phone with the exception of signing paperwork. My kids and I were in a bad car accident on Thursday that resulted in my car being totaled. I contacted Ralph on Friday and he had us in our new 2026 Expedition Max Platinum immediately.
