Service advisor Carter is / was Awesome. He is attentive to your concerns and documents well. Technicians that serviced the vehicle did not do their best work. They did not provide images of the initial reason for the visit, did not install 8/21 nylon fastners, did not properly install at least one vaccum clamp and did not install a oil change service reminder sticker nor did they reset the service interval reminder. As far as I can tell the major service was completed
