They provide you an in home "estimate" but make some strong commitments that could be construed as a verbal contract however when you go to sign the paper contract they are forced to leave many items out to get close to their estimate. The company likes to elude to a lot of handshake agreements outside of the paper contract to earn your trust but then fails to come close to their estimate during the paper contract phase. Whatever you think you’re saving isn’t worth it. I requested a flooring estimate, I had to call twice to get it scheduled. Once the estimate was done, I waited a month and got no information back. I called and was told the employee with my estimate left for the weekend. I called back on Monday and was told the estimate was next on a list to be called. Amazing. I got no call.
