We have used and worked with Didotos oil service for 62 years up until we sold the family Homestead they have never failed us they have always been there they have always given us their best and we will be in undying gratitude for a small family business that started and kept the same quality integrity and customer service Throughout the years
Do not do business with this company. They claim to have made a delivery to my property without my permission and with no prior contact or contract and have gone to the steps of getting lawyers involved over a disputed $200. We have requested multiple times to speak with the owner of this business and have received nothing but a condescending letter to "do the right thing", and invoices for a delivery that was never called for. Excellent customer service, easy to communicate with, easy to set up services and maintenance plans with them.
Had a new boiler installed, great job done by installers, and they were very helpful in providing information about the system. Highly recommended!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Definitely will not use again.
