Impossible to reach anyone in the office to even book an appointment. After leaving multiple messages I finally get a call back, miss it and call back within 60 seconds, and they've already forwarded to their answering service for the night, an hour before their offices close. I'll be asking my primary to refer me to a different practice. This is no way to deliver care.
