I have been a patient of this office for several years. One of their Drs, Dr. Desai, actually saved my life. Dr. Desai moved to Florida, but I am under the care of Dr. Sharma, and am very happy and feel well taken care of. The office in Summerlin is VERY professional, and Dr. Sharma is always on top of my gastro health. If I need an appointment, or there are any changes in my appointment, the office contacts me. Customer service and timely communication is extremely poor. I have called numerous times to speak with PA Nicole Nelson and she has yet to return my call. The answering system is frustrating. Long waits to talk with anyone. Finally asked to speak with a supervisor and haven't heard from her, either
Most unprofessional office ever. It will take you at least three years to get a call back. Appointments do not exist. Beyond Rude!
The staff at this office was very nice, not a complaint about any of the staff. The issue we had was solely with Dr.Desai. The appointment itself started off well enough until I tried to show the doctor a CT scan that my mother had of her abdomen in the hospital. The Doctor shot me down right away and wouldn't look at the paper because "usually you have to give that to the front and they scan it into my computer".
