I had a scheduled MRI with Contrast today for diagnostic purposes. I must preface my remarks by saying I had 13 years experience as a Disability Claims Adjudicator for Social Security, so I was very familiar with the processes. I must say that my experience with the staff, particularly with Cyrus, the MRI Technician, was exceptional. His professionalism, preparation and communications skills made this one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. I can only hope that all patient experiences could be so well done.
i am honestly baffled why this hospital has such a low rating. the staff has been friendly, helpful, and respectful every time i go in. the rooms and floors are clean. it has the absolute lowest wait time of any emergency room i've ever been to. i've never, ever waited longer than 15 minutes for them to get me back. i drive an extra 10 miles past several other hospitals to come here specifically because it's the best one i've been to in central ohio for urgent ER visits.
The care I received was EXCELLENT! Everyone from the Police officer at the desk, Liz R.N. intake/admission. Dr.Benjamin Thomas David R.N. X ray tech John. I had worked a long day and went in with a shoulder injury. They were quick with every process and got me out of there in a timely manner. I am so greatful for their professionalism. Absolutely amazing ER staff! My Aunt fell and hurt her hand so we went to their ER. We are from Northern Indiana and were there to see family. In and out… with X-rays and temporary Cast …. 30 minutes total. We were there on September 27th in the afternoon. I am a nurse and I have never experienced such wonderful care from the admissions clerk, to the triage nurse, X-ray tech …. The discharge nurse and the most wonderful Physician I have ever met. I had excruciating lower back pain and the doctor was extremely dismissive and made me feel like I was wasting his time. He said I wasn’t dying so there’s nothing he could do. I’ve had this pain for two months now and it got unbearable. That’s why I went in. Nurses were great. But Dr Silva I think was his name should really work on his empathy with patients. I’ve never been treated like that before I left crying my eyes out.
