When coming to visit this local urgent care I was refused service because the receptionist said “the doctors have seen 300 people earlier today, so we are not seeing any one else.” However in the urgent care there were only four patients including myself. When asking for an explanation of why they stop seeing patients an hour before closing both receptionist failed to give a valid excuse except refer a fully booked to capacity urgent care.
I would highly recommend this urgent care for anyone who needs courteous and quick service. I’ve visited a few times now and Adriana has always been thorough and informative during her treatments. I will definitely keep this urgent care as my primary source for quick medical assistance.
Best urgent care experience I’ve had. I was registered and seen by the doctor within 10 minutes. Dr. Adriana was very kind and listened to what was going on and diagnosed my issue immediately. I’ll definitely return here in the future if something pops up again!
Absolutely one of the most unprofessional visits I’ve had. A doctor visit is suppose to be discreet yet I was told to show infection at the lobby door before even having any information taken down. I was then spoken to in a manner that gave me the assumption the office did not want to take me as a patient. I was indeed seen and taken care of once brought inside. My family member went in to get tested for antibodies... she got a tech who didn’t introduce herself, and proceeded to take blood from her. She let the tech know that her veins were not easily accessible and she said it’s not a problem. She proceeded to insert the needle forcefully and then rubbing it and pushing it down INTO the skin forcefully to find a vein.
